Before you go on
Your answers stay private. They’re only used to write your affirmations, never for ads, and never sold.
Writing your declaration
This first one takes 1 to 2 minutes. It’s written just for you.
Written for you
Your declaration
Your sessions read a few of these at a time, with a pause after each so you can say it back. The first one is in every session.
Get a gentle reminder at your session times.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
If you’re thinking about hurting yourself, please talk to someone now. In the US and Canada, call or text 988. It’s free, any time.

The levels
Keep your streak going to climb. Tap a level to see what it means.
A day counts when you finish at least one session. Missing one day a week is a rest day, so your streak keeps going. If your streak breaks, your level drops one step. Your tree never shrinks.

Turn on the ones you want and set a time for each.
Reminders
Checking…
For reminders right on time, allow Manifess to set alarms and reminders. Without it they still come, sometimes a few minutes late.
Your affirmations are written from these. Tap one to change it or add to it as your life changes.
You changed your answers. You can have new affirmations written from them. That replaces your declaration with a new one. If you like the one you have, keep it.
The lines you say back in your morning session.
Your own words. Manifess won’t rewrite them.
Edit my declaration
Leave a blank line between lines.
Voice
Tap play to hear one. A new voice starts with your next session; sessions already recorded keep the voice they were made in.
Your plan
Google Play couldn’t take your last payment. Update your payment method in Google Play to keep Manifess Pro.
